DHARAMSALA PILGRIMAGE 2027 – ATTEND THE LONG LIFE PUJA FOR HIS HOLINESS THE DALAI LAMA

The Long Life Puja for His Holiness the Dalai Lama is being organized following the request of Sonam Tashi Rinpoche, representing the Krodakali practitioners of Dudjom Lingpa. The request was compassionately accepted by His Holiness, and the Office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama has officially confirmed that the Puja will take place on Wednesday, 24 February 2027, in Dharamsala, India.

This is an exceptionally rare and auspicious opportunity for practitioners, disciples and Buddhists to come together in sincere prayer for the long life and good health of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the fulfilment of His enlightened aspirations and the continuation of His boundless activities for the benefit of the Dharma and all sentient beings.

On this auspicious occasion, a pilgrimage for Vietnamese Buddhists is being organized under the guidance and direction of Sonam Tashi Rinpoche. The journey will enable Vietnamese practitioners to attend the Long Life Puja in person and establish a meaningful connection with this extraordinary event.

TENTATIVE ITINERARY

• Evening of 20 February: Departure from Hanoi for Delhi.
• 21 February: Group transfer by bus from Delhi to Dharamsala.
• 22–23 February: Rest, pilgrimage activities and preparations for the Puja.
• 24 February: Attend the Long Life Puja for His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
• 25 February: Rest and sightseeing in Dharamsala.
• 26–27 February: Return journey to Hanoi.

The itinerary is tentative and may be adjusted according to actual circumstances and the arrangements of the Organizing Team.
