RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Yeshi Melong, we carefully prepare and pack each order before shipment. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. An order may be cancelled and refunded if it has not yet been shipped or prepared as a special or made-to-order item.

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you change your mind after shipment, please contact Yeshi Melong before returning or refusing the parcel. Returns are accepted only with our prior approval.

Where a return is accepted due to a change of mind, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for return shipping, customs charges, taxes, carrier fees, and any other costs associated with returning the parcel.

3. Refund After Return

For an approved return, the refund will normally be processed only after the item has been safely returned to Yeshi Melong and inspected.

The item must be returned unused, undamaged, complete, and in its original condition and packaging.

Any non-refundable shipping, customs, carrier, payment-processing, or other applicable costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

4. Sacred & Special Dharma Items

Certain sacred, blessed, consecrated, ritually prepared, personalized, commissioned, or made-to-order Dharma items may not be eligible for return or refund due to their special nature.

Please contact us before purchasing if you are uncertain about a particular item.

This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the case and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.

6. Refused & Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is refused by the recipient, cannot be delivered because of an incorrect/incomplete address, failure to cooperate with the carrier or customs, unpaid import charges, or another circumstance attributable to the recipient, any resulting shipping, return, customs, storage, or carrier charges may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

Refunds, where applicable, will normally be processed only after the parcel has been returned to us.

7. Goodwill Exceptions

Any refund, return, cancellation, shipping reimbursement, or other accommodation voluntarily offered by Yeshi Melong as a gesture of goodwill is considered an individual exception and does not establish a precedent or entitlement for other orders.

All refunds and returns remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
